Order Cancellation & Founder Tier

Seller Order Cancellation

Sellers can now cancel orders that haven't been shipped yet. When an order is cancelled, inventory is automatically restored and the buyer is notified via email. This gives sellers more control over their orders without needing to contact support.

Founder Tier

We're introducing the Founder tier — sellers who sign up during our early access period will receive a permanent reduced platform fee of 3% (instead of the standard 4%) after their launch promo expires. This is our way of thanking the sellers who believe in PackVault from the beginning.
